About The Role 


As our UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure our digital products are user-friendly and engaging. Key responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and mockups, collaborating with developers and other cross-functional teams. 


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.  
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites.  
  • Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.  
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.  
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.  
  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals. 
  • Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices 


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 2-3 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in web design. 
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.  
  • Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach. 


Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with PHP a plus. 


$85,000 - $103,000 a year
