Join CaptiveAire as an Industrial Engineer in West Union, IA, where we lead the industry in manufacturing innovative commercial kitchen ventilation systems. If you're passionate about engineering and ready to dive into a role that requires hands-on product exposure, you’ll fit right in! As an Industrial Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, documenting and supporting various production products. Your mission will include implementing new products and design changes across our manufacturing facilities while ensuring we maintain tight quality assurance standards. You’ll become an expert in the products you oversee and will use Dozuki software to document product builds and instructions. Working with engineering change notifications (ECNs) will be a critical part of your day-to-day, and you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting any manufacturing issues that may arise. We’re looking for someone with a four-year technical degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and preferably some internship or co-op experience. Your electrical skills and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software will be incredibly valuable here.
