Corporate Controller

This is a newly upgraded position and an exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:• Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.• Manage accounting, finance, and payroll.• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.• Ensure financial contract compliance and accurate billing.• Manage relationships with financial institutions, maintain proper cashflow and working capital• Lead risk management strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting; CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.• 7-10 years in finance leadership, preferably in construction or engineering.• Knowledge of FAR and government contracts, WIP reporting and Bonding• Strong financial planning, analytical skills, and ERP proficiency. Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
