Job Description

Our client is looking for a Closing Agent based on Baldwin County, Alabama.

Specific duties of the Title and Closing Agent will include, but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.
  • Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.
  • Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Assist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • College degree is preferred, but not required
  • Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred)
