GA-CCRi is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment. This individual will be a motivated, detail-oriented, and persistent professional who can effectively network both online and offline to promote GA-CCRi, reduce our time-to-hire, and attract the best technical talent while meeting our organizational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced networking, social media, and recruiting strategies to fill our hiring pipeline with qualified candidates.
- Proactively engage with top-tier technical professionals, leveraging your industry knowledge to encourage them to apply for key positions.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Glassdoor to identify, source, and screen resumes of potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees, recruiting partners, and the tech community to strengthen our talent network.
- Ensure accurate and compelling content regarding GA-CCRi and our open positions is maintained across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate and participate in screens, interviews, events, meet-ups, and career fairs to effectively represent our brand.
- Organize and manage personnel records to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, best practices, and legal requirements to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment.
- Represent GA-CCRi professionally, fostering and maintaining relationships online and within various tech communities.
- Employ a data-driven approach to optimize recruiting processes and report on hiring metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate on additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and six years of professional experience, with at least four of those years being in technical recruiting.
- Extensive experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a senior recruiting role, with a proven track record of successful hires in technical fields.
- In-depth understanding of software engineering and data science job requirements and the ability to articulate these to potential candidates.
- Strong hands-on experience with screening and interview techniques, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates.
- Solid knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Proficient in compiling and presenting hiring metrics and recruitment statistics to guide strategic decisions.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level candidates, ensuring a professional and persuasive recruitment experience.

- Experience creating precise technical job descriptions and collaborating effectively with hiring managers to ensure clarity and accuracy of the description, in alignment with internal requirements and qualifications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable, BrassRing, or SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of the DoD/IC Contractor Community and experience within the cleared technical community.
