We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Planner/Scheduler who will contribute significantly to Cellares' growth and our mission to accelerate access to life-saving cell therapies.
The primary focus of this position will be planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance, repair, and calibration activities on-site. This individual will ensure that these tasks are carried out safely, reliably, and efficiently per standard operating procedures. This individual will enhance workforce productivity and quality by effectively managing maintenance resources, parts, materials, equipment, and suppliers.
This is a multidisciplinary role, and this individual will interface across many parts of the company (with MSAT, PD, AD, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, Facilities, and R&D) to develop the best plans and schedules possible. The successful candidate will be driven, motivated, and self-sufficient.
