The full-time Instructor/Clinical Coordinator will work in collaboration with faculty in the associate and baccalaureate degree nursing programs, as well as the allied health degree (nurse aid and phlebotomy) to coordinate all aspects of the student clinical practicum experience, and act as a liaison with clinical sites. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field.
Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
Previous teaching experience preferred; two years of full-time clinical experience in the areas of teaching responsibility preferred.
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Mexico or compact state; or other relevant license/certificate in a healthcare field.
Current healthcare provider CPR.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
A minimum of thirty-five hours per week split. Flexible schedule. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Ability to meet institutional requirements for participation in clinical practicums.
