Cognia, a global leader in education improvement, is seeking a strategic Chief Improvement Officer to lead and enhance their Evaluation & Improvement Services, supporting clients across more than 90 countries.
Responsibilities: The Chief Improvement Officer will develop and execute strategies to improve services in accreditation, professional learning, and evaluation, manage the business unit's P&L, and engage with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
Skills: Candidates should possess extensive educational leadership experience, a strong track record in strategic development, and collaborative skills at all management levels.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Education, with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. being a plus, and significant experience in educational leadership and systems change management.
Location: The position is remote within the U.S., with significant time spent in Alpharetta, GA, and requires 20-40% travel.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $200,000.

They seek a Chief Improvement Officer to develop and execute ongoing strategies to improve Evaluation & Improvement Services in support of their clients throughout the global network.
The Chief Improvement Officer reports to the President/CEO and holds a strategic role within the organization, working with the C-Suite and with other leaders and staff members across Cognia in implementing Board approved strategies, policies, and operational procedures for developing and delivering Evaluation and Improvement Services to Cognia clients on a global scale.
This critical position is responsible for a comprehensive business unit P&L and oversees ongoing development and execution of Cognia’s educational services and solutions in the areas of Accreditation Services, Professional Learning, Diagnostic Services, and Evaluation and Policy Development.
