The goal of our team is to identify the best and brightest ideas to support Store Operations and 65,000+ Store Employees. This can be accomplished through saving them time, reducing, or eliminating time required to do tasks, identifying tools from across the globe to enable Store Teams to be better Operators, and improve the Employee or Customer experience. Additionally, you will become part of a talented team of specialists who have demonstrated skills in data, logistics, labor modeling, loss prevention, safety, and store operations leadership.WHAT YOU’LL DOExcited to embark on a journey with us? Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities in this role:• Position is targeted to lead projects involving how Operations will utilize our new operating procedures and reporting, in addition to receiving and executing on communication from Store Support Staff• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in a retail environment to the extent functionality can enhance how Operators manage their daily responsibilities• Routine discussions to occur with Operational Leaders in support of program development and deployment• Assisting BUs with achievement of set-forth KPIs (labor, shrink, etc.) will be at forefront of daily duties• Additional projects will be added and learned on the job through deep immersion with subject matter expertsWHAT YOU’LL NEEDWe want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:• Project Management skills. PMP certification preferred• Strong Retail Operations Experience, working knowledge of standard retail processes/procedures at store level is an asset• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of transferable business experience• Working knowledge of PDI Enterprise software preferred• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, and Word)• Able to lead a large diverse Cross Functional Team on projects spanning across North America• Must be able to travel as needed.
