The Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that fuel Classavo’s growth by connecting with new customers, optimizing conversion processes, and developing scalable marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Growth Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to accelerate Classavo’s growth through customer acquisition, user retention, and product adoption.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and implement campaigns to attract new leads through email, social media, content marketing, and other growth channels.
Analyze Data: Dive deep into data analytics to identify opportunities for growth, optimize funnels, and make data-driven decisions that drive performance.
Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously improve user acquisition and engagement tactics, focusing on improving the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth strategies with business goals.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement tests to optimize acquisition channels, landing pages, and onboarding processes.
Content & Campaign Creation: Assist with creating targeted content and marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, educating them on how Classavo can revolutionize their educational experience.
Engagement & Retention: Focus on both acquiring new customers and ensuring long-term engagement and retention by understanding customer needs and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in growth, marketing, or related fields (experience in SaaS or EdTech a plus).
Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies for growth.
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, and other growth tools to track, measure, and optimize performance.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: A knack for coming up with creative growth strategies while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and long-term impact.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to align growth strategies and initiatives with overall company goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or educational tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing best practices.
Experience running A/B tests, optimizing landing pages, and understanding funnel metrics.
