Skills
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience designing scalable automation and integration strategies within Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and limitations.
Expertise integrating Salesforce with external APIs or middleware platforms like Mulesoft.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, UAT, automated testing, source control systems, and CI/CD.
Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with excellent communication.
Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud use cases.
Experience with integrations involving GTM platforms such as Stripe and Marketo.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet company needs.
Optimize business processes using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows.
Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications using APIs and middleware.
Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and governance within Salesforce and related systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Improve DevOps practices through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce DX and version control.
Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to scalability and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders.
Support ongoing system operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform functionality improvement.
Education
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
