Skills
Expert SQL skills and deep technical understanding of ClickHouse or related OLAP technologies
Strong knowledge of data engineering domains including data warehousing, analytics, BI, and observability
Experience managing or contributing to open-source projects
Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and work in ambiguous environments
Customer-focused with the ability to provide technical guidance during proof-of-concept stages
Responsibilities
Understand real-time analytics and cloud database markets, competition, and technology trends
Engage with ClickHouse open-source users and cloud customers to capture use cases and feature requests
Prioritize and distill feature requests into clear development priorities
Collaborate with engineering teams to scope and define solutions for core and cloud database products
Set measurable goals for customer success and utilize data-driven approaches to validate new capabilities
Monitor competitive landscape and market needs to align product roadmap
Work with partners to increase ClickHouse visibility and adoption
Education
Relevant educational background related to data engineering, computer science, or technology fields
