Lamb is a leading commercial insurance broker focused on serving non-profits and social service organizations nationwide. They are looking for a Client Executive who can proactively prospect, build relationships, and consultatively sell insurance solutions while partnering with internal account managers and carrier relations to deliver best-in-class coverage and service.

Skills

  • Proven outbound prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Relationship building and client management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Meet production goals through direct selling of commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach to prospects using Lamb’s proprietary database to create new opportunities.
  • Lead consultative conversations to assess client risk and collaborate with carrier relations to craft insurance solutions.
  • Partner with assigned Account Managers to onboard and service your acquired book of clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Participate in in-house training to maintain product knowledge and improve sales and servicing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
