클로버추얼패션 (CLO Virtual Fashion)은 3D 의상 시뮬레이션 알고리즘을 기반으로, 컨셉부터 디자인, 제조, 마케팅, 피팅, 스타일링까지 의상과 관련된 모든 서비스를 제공합니다.

의상 디자인 소프트웨어 CLO, Marvelous Designer, Jinny 와 함께, CLO-SET, CONNECT와 같은 의상 콘텐츠에 특화된 플랫폼으로 의상의 모든 여정에 관여함으로써, 효율적이고 지속 가능한 워크플로우를 구축하고 있습니다. 뿐만 아니라, 당사 솔루션을 통해 실제 의상과 디지털 의상이 서로 태그되어 CLO 시스템 내에서 기능할 수 있게 합니다.
글로벌 디지털 패션 시장을 주도하고 있는 클로버추얼패션은 현재 아시아, 북미, 유럽, 남미 등 전 세계 12개국에 총 14개의 오피스를 두고 있으며, 세계 각국의 수많은 고객사를 바탕으로 점점 확장해나가고 있습니다.
Position Overview
클로버추얼패션 프론트엔드는 웹 기반 서비스와 백오피스를 제작 및 운영합니다.
주로 담당하는 프로덕트는 Marvelous Designer이며, 다른 프로덕트(CLO, CLO-SET, CONNECT)과 협업하여 프로젝트를 진행할 수 있습니다.

- 웹 기반 서비스 프론트엔드 개발
- 내부 사용자를 위한 웹기반 서비스 프론트엔드 개발
- 사용자 경험 향상을 목표로 한 프론트엔드 시스템 운영과 개발 방식의 고도화
- 업무 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 개발 환경과 코드 개선
- 프론트엔드 개발 경력 7년 이상
- JavaScript, TypeScript 프로그래밍에 능숙
- HTML, CSS, REST API 에 대한 이해
- Next.js를 사용 하였거나 이와 같은 SSR 플랫폼을 이용하여 개발하신 분
- MobX, Zustand, React-Query 등 상태 관리 라이브러리 사용 경험
- 다른 팀/직군과 원활하게 협업하며 명확하고 유연한 커뮤니케이션 스킬
- 테스트 코드 작성 및 배포 자동화(CI/CD) 경험
- Datadog, Sentry 등을 사용하여 서비스 모니터링 및 튜닝 경험
- 새로운 기술에 대해 스스로 학습하고 실제로 적용하려는 데 두려움이 없는 마인드
- 해외 오피스 직원 및 유저들과 명확히 소통할 수 있는 유창한 영어 구사력

• 분기마다 모든 팀이 시도했던 업무와 성과, lesson learned을 공유하고 있어요. CLOver들은 전 세계에 있기때문에, 영상을 통해 공유를 하고 있어요.
• Non hierarchy를 지향해요. 직급/직위로 소통하는 것이 아닌 각자의 영어 이름으로 소통을 하고 있고, 누구나 아이디어와 의견을 자유롭게 제시할 수 있어요.
