SOX Program Management, Manager

Cloudflare is a leading technology company focused on building a better Internet by providing secure and high-performance Internet services globally. They seek a strategic SOX Program Management Manager to lead SOX compliance efforts in conjunction with an Oracle ERP implementation, collaborating across Finance, IT, and audit teams.

Skills

Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), and ERP systems.
Experience with Oracle ERP implementations focusing on compliance and control design.
Proficiency with GRC tools like AuditBoard, Workiva, or Archer.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with control automation technologies including AI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for SOX-related activities within Oracle ERP implementation to ensure compliance controls are designed, documented, and tested.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and partners to embed SOX requirements into processes, configurations, and testing activities.
Ensure user roles, segregation of duties, and access controls meet compliance standards.
Identify and implement automated controls to enhance control coverage and reliability.
Support strategy development for control testing automation leveraging AI and data analytics.
Maintain and update SOX documentation including risk-control matrices and process flows.
Coordinate walkthroughs, testing, and remediation with stakeholders and auditors.
Track milestones and manage status reporting to ensure timely completion of testing and issue resolution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
