- Founder Onboarding – Help guide new members through a seamless welcome experience, ensuring they understand resources, expectations, and how to get the most value from the program.

- Founder Engagement – Actively manage and engage in the Heartbeat community, respond to posts, and facilitate discussions that lead to actionable progress.

- Accountability & Follow-Ups – Ensure founders stay on track with their grant and investor applications, providing support where needed.

- Community Organization – Keep discussion channels structured, ensuring the right conversations are happening in the right places.

Founder Experience Optimization

- Program Improvements – Identify pain points in onboarding, content delivery, and founder engagement, making data-driven improvements.

- Testimonial & Success Story Tracking – Log funding wins, founder milestones, and breakthroughs to showcase results.

- Live Workshops & Webinars – Support live sessions to help founders refine pitches, applications, and investor strategies.

Growth & Marketing Contributions

- Content Collaboration – Leverage founder FAQs, breakthroughs, and success stories to create valuable marketing content.

- Community Expansion – Partner with relevant networks to bring in new high-quality founders who are a strong fit for our programs.
