We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead, Deal and Account Managers to join our team and help drive revenue growth through meaningful client relationships and impactful deals.

As the Deal Driver:

  • Use your consultative sales expertise to engage with senior legal leaders, position Cognia’s value proposition, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Cognia’s Leadership Team, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to qualify leads, shape solutions, and drive deals to successful closure.
  • Own the sales process from start to finish, managing touchpoints, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
  • Play an active role in drafting contracts, navigating commercial discussions, and securing multi-year legal managed services deals.

As an Account Manager:

  • Be the trusted relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to provide solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring measurable business objectives are achieved.
  • Stay ahead of the competition, identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and win new business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record of converting leads into revenue and driving new business growth.
  • A deep understanding of client needs, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage senior stakeholders both online and in person.
  • A creative, results-driven mindset with the confidence to try new tactics, learn quickly, and adapt strategies to achieve success.
  • Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills, with a knack for closing deals.
  • Proficiency in software tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems, and the ability to learn new tools with ease.
  • Knowledge of the Legal/Professional Services or ALSP market is a strong advantage.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

Ideally, Lead, Deal and Account Managers will have a proven, evidence-based track record of:

  • Converting leads and driving new business
  • Knowledge of Legal/Professional Services or ALSP market is highly desirable.
  • Understanding customer’s needs, motives and concerns and can successfully build rapport both online and in person to achieve sales.
  • A reputation for using innovative and creative ways to successfully engage target buyers, trying new tactics and improving outcomes by building on learnings at pace.
  • Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven with positive outlook and thrives at achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Able to create impact with and influence with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in a wide range of software or known for learning how to use new packages quickly (eg MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems)
