Director of Engineering, API & Integration Platforms

They seek a Director of Engineering to lead their API and Integration Platforms teams, fostering innovation and a collaborative culture while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Recruit and build high-caliber engineering teams
Foster a culture of passion and collaboration within teams
Lead, manage, mentor, and evaluate engineering teams
Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with company goals
Contribute to overall company strategy and business planning
Identify technological advancements and innovation opportunities
Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in software development
Collaborate with product management to define and deliver products
Oversee product scalability, security, and performance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement security protocols

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
