Job Summary
Responsible for leading the design, execution, and evaluation of strategic workforce development and talent sourcing programs that support Comcast’s engagement with military-connected communities, including veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. This role ensures programs are aligned with business objectives and executed on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. The manager serves as a cross-functional program lead, collaborating across Talent, DE&I, Military Affairs, and operational teams to support recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives. This position requires deep knowledge of program management fundamentals along with subject matter expertise in military-affiliated workforce dynamics. The manager uses data to inform decisions, designs inclusive hiring strategies, and promotes long-term career growth pathways for military-connected talent at Comcast.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
•Lead the planning, development, and execution of workforce development and talent sourcing programs focused on military-connected individuals.
•Analyze workforce and labor market trends specific to military-affiliated populations and translate insights into actionable strategies and scalable programs.
•Use data to measure and report on program performance, workforce engagement, and retention efforts, adjusting plans to improve outcomes.
•Oversee military-connected professional development initiatives and support internal inclusivity programs, including Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaboration.
•Define program scope, milestones, success criteria, and resource requirements in alignment with business and HR objectives.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition and external partners to drive alignment and implementation.
•Maintain program documentation, schedules, task assignments, risks, and deliverables; adjust plans as needed to meet timelines and objectives.
•Promote clear communication across all levels of the organization to sustain awareness, engagement, and support for military workforce development efforts.
•Consistently exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and a collaborative approach in managing complex, high-impact programs.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with flexibility for nights, weekends, or variable schedules when required.
