We are looking for a Head of UX and Design to join our amazing team. You will lead a team of product and UX designers and play a key role in crafting and delivering a design strategy that aligns with our business objectives while delivering exceptional user experiences to our customers.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders from across the business as well as developers and product owners using a blend of strategic vision, hands-on design expertise and leadership to drive excellence in our products.
This is a broad role in a fast-paced B2C business, you will work closely with delivery teams and drive a material increase in user research, journey mapping and usability excellence, requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in UX best practices.
