Major Gifts Associate
Community Change is seeking a Major Gifts Associate to join their fundraising team. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit development and a commitment to social justice.
Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support major donor strategy development and manage communications.
- Conduct prospect research and track deadlines for fundraising tasks.
- Collaborate closely with other fundraising staff and program teams.
- Produce written materials for donor campaigns and outreach.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
