About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Commure + Athelas’ growth across our Enterprise, Sales, GTM, and Clinical teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling these orgs through standardized, efficient, effective, and metrics-driven recruiting processes. This role will focus on cultivating strong partnerships across several leaders to find, attract, and retain world class talent. You will help drive alignment and talent strategy, working with leaders and stakeholders across the business, to ensure we continue building the foundational teams that allow Commure + Athelas to succeed. The people at Commure + Athelas will ultimately determine our success and this role will directly impact our ability to deliver on our mission.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive Talent in the Enterprise, Sales, GTM, and Clinical space

  • Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies, while partnering with Leadership to build top talent teams

  • Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies

  • Work with hiring teams to design interview plans that capture the right signals to hire top talent

  • Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals

  • Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines

  • Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets

What You Have:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Sales recruitment 

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows

  • Success in scaling a high-growth Tech company and be able to bring your learning from your success into our team

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality

  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently

  • ATS optimization and recruiting automation tools

  • Experience with Enterprise, Sales, GTM, and Clinical recruiting within the software industry

  • Extended experience in a recruiting environment focussed on HealthTech

  • Knowledge of various Sales and GTM methodologies in Enterprise software
