This newly created position is pivotal in supporting an integrated approach to strategy-setting across the organization's program and policy priorities. The CPO will be responsible for guiding the development, execution, and evaluation of programs that amplify the company's mission and impact.As a key member of the executive team, the CPO will contribute significantly to organizational strategy and impact, leading a dedicated team of program managers and fostering a culture of collaboration, high impact, and transparency. The ideal candidate for the CPO role at the company will be a seasoned leader with a passion for the organization's mission, a proven track record in leading high-impact programmatic strategies, and the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.Key responsibilities include program strategy and leadership, team management and development, operational oversight, grant and resource management, and stakeholder engagement. The CPO will be expected to operationalize environmental justice principles, promote a culture of equity, and ensure that programs are integrated across departments for maximum impact.
