Job Description

  • Capacity checking and monitoring of production capacity, analysis for bottleneck, and commonly shared station status.
  • Monitoring of the delivery date and dispatching of finished goods in optimum time.
  • Monitoring and collaboration with the transportation team for in-progress deliveries and communicating to the customer whereabouts or providing needed information.
  • SAP System execution on PSS and SD.
  • Master data maintenance for new customers and/or changes on customer data information in alignment with SD KU Customer Logistic Process.
  • Monitoring the stock levels and coverage of finished goods.
  • Initiate communication and closure for all Customer Logistics claims related to delivery, System Data information, packaging, and transport issues in alignment with other teams (ie: WH, Transport, KU, QM).
  • Update and trigger entry in the CQTS system for valid customer logistic claims and closure of needed topics and actions.
  • Focus on short-term and long-term system planning, driving to find CDP problems and feedback to the CDP planner.
  • Making a weekly Production Plan and adjusting if any changes are needed.
  • Communication with production about changes, stoppages and problem solving.
  • Reviewing with Material Planning team, raw material coverage and any potential problem areas.
  • Production Planning Master data maintenance for current and new part numbers.
  • Communication with engineering departments about changes for Cycle time and OEE, to incorporate into the production plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistic related Degree and product knowledge preferred.
  • 3 year working in Logistics or in related functional areas.
  • SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
  • MRP knowledge and Business Warehouse.
  • CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) knowhow.
  • Production Process and execution knowhow.
  • General or advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Language of English in Written and Oral.
  • Communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership experience in SCM related functions, leading self.
