Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic Digital Risks team. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps.
  • Streamline operations by creating automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Accelerate application development and improve use experience using Copilot Studio.
  • Ensure application quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Consult with internal teams to improve and scale process automation initiatives.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document technical specifications, development processes, and end-user guides.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted US work authorization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Experience with Copilot Studio to support application development.
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience in data management, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation for AI model training.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven experience integrating data pipelines, APIs, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer, Power BI).
  • Preferred: Experience developing applications or workflows in support of cyber security projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with creating custom connectors and APIs.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based architectures.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
