Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, engaging with customers, and contributing to our company's digital growth strategy.

  • Manage and optimize online sales channels to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, video, email and chat, providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional content
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist in managing the company's social media presence to drive engagement and sales
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve online visibility
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate on sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in online sales or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing and its application in driving sales
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on online visibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing market conditions
