Credence has an immediate opening for a Professional Continuing Education Support Administrator who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Strategic Force Studies (AFIT/EX) at WPAFB, OH.
Cyber PCE: The mission of the School of Cyberspace Professional Continuing Education is to inculcate the Air Force's cyberspace force and joint force members with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevail in current and future conflicts. Graduates will be able to apply offensive, defensive, and information network operations to support all aspects of the national defense strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Provide administrative assistance and support in the application, admission, enrollment, registration, proctoring, and graduation requirements of in-residence and distance learning PCE students.
- Serve as focal point between USAF Major Command registrar office, AFIT, and the School of Strategic Force Studies for PCE for external and internal scheduling requirements, administration of curriculums, and records management in direct support of School of Strategic Force Studies approved curriculums and courses.
- Perform administrative duties to include, but not limited to:
- Management of all course scheduling procedures;
- Guest speaker coordination;
- Facilities scheduling;
- Classroom logistics;
- Equipment management (requirements, accountability, and reporting);
- Software license management (requirements, accountability, and reporting);
- Instructor scheduling and training, and;
- Various duties which directly support PCE courses, as requested.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Clearance: Top Secret/SCI or ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI
- BA/BS and three (3) years of experience in the Adminstrative support professional discipline or,
- Six (6) years of directly related experience in the respective field
- Experience with the military organizations, education, management, or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment
