This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.
We are looking for a CSG Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Strategy & Operations - Scale within our Customer Solutions Group org, you will have the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders at all levels across the organization to support execution of our growth strategy.

Partner with CSG leaders to aid in operating their business on a daily basis
Partner with Business Systems teams to facilitate system enhancement requests
Facilitate reporting requirements gathering to inform analytics needs
Track and report on team KPIs and success metrics
Partner with CSG teams to ensure data quality and integrity of internal systems
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports and perform other ad-hoc data analysis as needed
Provide content management, process documentation & communications support
Be a resource for internal CSG end-users to field systems and reporting-related questions and issues
Provide ad-hoc Project Management support as needed
Develop productive and trusting relationships with leaders and other internal stakeholders
2+ years of operations and/or business analyst experience
Thrives in a dynamic work environment and is able to manage competing priorities
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving skills with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
Previous experience with generalized analytics tools, including dashboard and report building required
Knowledge of Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Loopio (RFP platform) a strong plus
