Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. What is the role of a Graphic Designer? The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives:

- Design engaging visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter that align with brand identity and content strategies

- Collaborate to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns

2. Brainstorm Social Media Ideas:

-Contribute innovative design concepts to elevate brand engagement on social platforms

- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects to keep content fresh and competitive

3. Website Newsletter Design:

- Assist in designing compelling newsletters and updating graphics to enhance user experience

- Ensure designs are optimized for web performance and mobile responsiveness

4. Reports & Presentations:

- Create visually appealing and professional graphs, and layouts for reports, presentations, and other internal and external documents

- Develop consistent branding elements across all collateral

5. Video Editing:

- Create and edit videos on Canva Pro for social media platforms of the brand

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in media, communications, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design tools

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is highly preferred

- Experience with web design tools like WordPress or Elementor

- A creative portfolio showcasing relevant work in social media design, reports, or presentations
