About the Role

As a fast-paced growing startup, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in our NYC office and help drive our mission forward.  Ideally, this candidate is someone who has a strong desire to help build the go-to-market motion from the ground up and become a critical part of our growth journey.  As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CurbWaste, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering strategic partnerships.  You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.  This person needs to possess an incredible work ethic, grit, integrity and subject matter expertise.

Compensation

$60k + commission

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with 1-3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Time management skills and the ability to efficiently manage a sales pipeline
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Data-driven decision-making and a strong analytical mindset
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, objection handling and relationship management
  • In-depth product knowledge and a thorough understanding of our SaaS solution
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Collaboration and teamwork with various departments within the organization
