About the Role

As a Member Support Representative, you’ll be the voice of the brand—delivering fast, friendly, and personalized help through phone, live chat, and email. You’ll play a critical role in creating a world-class experience for members, helping them get the most out of their wellness journey. From troubleshooting to walking members through features, you’ll solve problems, provide expert guidance, and bring positive energy to every interaction.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, chat, and email
  • Build authentic relationships and help members feel heard and supported
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues with patience and care
  • Collaborate across teams to escalate issues and provide feedback
  • Think creatively to suggest solutions that enhance the member experience
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and issues
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required
  • Availability: Shifts vary based on business needs. We’re open 7 days a week, so flexibility is key.

Must Haves

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Pittsburgh, PA office
