We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Agency that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. This position's preferred location is Colorado however we are open nationwide for the right person.
The Customer Success Manager - Agency will be an expert at providing employers on the Vivian platform with the comprehensive support that makes our site the best platform anywhere to match candidates to job opportunities. This role will develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders at the agencies, improve platform adoption/engagement, help move the candidate funnel faster, grow business opportunities, and ensure an overall positive customer experience. This role will effectively identify growth opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience.

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:
The range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 yearly base salary with additional variable compensation, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
