Candidates who are located near a CVS Health location will be required to commute into the office 3x per week.Develop innovative approaches to marketing that help the company expand business while building trust and loyalty with customers.This marketing analyst will be responsible for developing online and offline channels for direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns to help deliver growth goals for Aetna CVS Health’s Individual & Family plans.The ideal candidate brings experience in channels development, is driven, organized, pays attention to details, and is a team player.Bring your expertise to a fast-paced, growing business unit, with all the career and development opportunities offered by a Fortune 6 company.Elemental Responsibilities :• Supports the development / implementation of online (streaming video, banner ads, paid social, email, Search) and offline communication channels (radio, out-of-home, direct mail, TV).• Works with external agencies to develop on-brand assets that convey our value proposition.• Manages operations, review, and approval processes, to deliver compliant campaigns.• Plans and prioritizes channels to meet deadlines and be in market on time and with excellence.• Ensures digital assets meet accessibility standards, manages translations, etc.• Demonstrates ability to continuously learn, improve processes, suggest ideas.Required Qualifications3+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field.Preferred Qualifications• B2C experience : Marketing, Brand Management, or Agencies.• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA a plus.• Experience with online / offline channels, project management. Automation experience a plus.• Experience working in a highly regulated industry a plus.• Organized with strong attention to detail.• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is : $40,600.00 - $97,800.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
