Cyvl is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who is ready to make a significant

impact by building scalable geospatial solutions that drive our mission forward. If

you're passionate about geospatial data and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain high-quality and scalable analysis solutions
  • Determine technical direction of experimentation and data model/algorithm
  • development
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other data scientists on the
  • team
  • Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues


Requirements
  • 5+ years professional experience developing data solutions
  • Expertise in modern Python
  • Expertise using geospatial data science tools like geopandas, shapely, or
  • Mosaic
  • Experience using industry best practices to solve complex issues
  • Wide range of experience and expertise in many data science
  • disciplines/frameworks
  • Track record of designing and developing solutions to deliver value from data


Nice to Have
  • Experience deploying solutions using technologies like Docker
  • Experience working with ETL pipeline frameworks like Databricks or
  • Snowflake
  • Experience using GIS Tools like ArcGIS and QGIS


$145,000 - $225,000 a year
