Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Manager, EWA Adoption Strategy & Operations will lead the planning and execution of initiatives, launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences. This will include being the business owner for the end to end user Adoption funnel of our core On-demand pay product. This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to enable DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual revenue targets.

You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically to deliver things across a wide spectrum: you will be the end to end owner of our user monetization growth targets, partnering with functional teams to deliver and execute on a high-confidence plan to achieve double digit growth. You will: strategize from product inception to launch, optimize our user experience, analyze tests and outcomes, oversee key objection handling, and uncover new growth levers to drive the business forward.
You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller who uses data to inform planning and strategy. You are collaborative and enjoy working with and can successfully lobby stakeholders from across the business for alignment.
Product Growth – Partner with product managers, marketing teams, design teams and others to identify opportunities to grow program adoption among employees: test, learn and iterate
Lead Cross functionally – Be the champion of the adoption funnel and manage quarterly OKR planning, weekly business reviews. Build cross functional alignment across all teams and leaders consistently
Champion our Product - Build product positioning & messaging that ensures client adoption of revenue-driving product initiatives, tackling objections and reframing the narrative around program enrollment.
Customer Obsessed – Build a deep understanding of our customers and DailyPay’s value proposition to the market and users; build scalable product feedback loops for your product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across channels
Product Launch – Partner with product managers from the inception of an idea to create, own, and champion go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features including insights & research to inform why we build something, and defining how we launch by setting objectives, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement
5+ years of Growth Experience (PMM, S&O, PM), or Management Consulting
Experience in B2B SaaS, HCM, Payments Preferred
Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
