Title: Inside Sales Representative – DMS selling Mobility to Businesses

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within our Business Mobility portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and retaining business accounts, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling to achieve sales targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Mobility for Business products, services, and competitive landscape
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of AT&T's solutions
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed assigned quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the technology industry or B2B sales
  • Experience selling AT&T, Verizon, Sprint or T-Mobile mobility products(preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex products and services, and effectively articulate their benefits to customers
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities
  • Associates degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
