Business Development & Brand Strategist
Location: Austin, TX | Full-Time | Hybrid Role

We're looking for a strategic, construction-savvy Business Development & Brand Strategist to help us drive qualified leads, refine our local brand presence, and increase high-quality sales calls in the Austin market.

If you're equal parts sales strategist, construction communicator, and market analyst, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Generate high-quality leads by leveraging your knowledge of the Austin construction and design markets
  • Identify and build relationships with ideal clients, architects, designers, and industry partners
  • Develop and implement outreach campaigns (digital and in-person) to increase qualified inquiries
  • Represent Bes Builder at key industry events, networking opportunities, and client presentations
  • Analyze sales pipeline data to track conversion rates and identify new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with ownership and project team to align messaging, visuals, and branding with our build philosophy
  • Stay current with market trends, pricing, and demand patterns in the high-end Austin remodeling and building sectors

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in construction sales, business development, or marketing-ideally with a custom builder, remodeler, or design firm
  • Deep understanding of the Austin residential market-neighborhoods, client expectations, design trends
  • Ability to confidently communicate value and differentiate high-end services
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a willingness to grow it
  • A strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Strong writing, speaking, and CRM/sales reporting skills
  • Bonus: Experience with SEO, brand positioning, or lead-gen tools (e.g.,PipeDrive, JobTread, Houzz Pro)

Base Salary: $80,000

Bonus Compensation: Dependent on meeting and exceeding KPI's & Sales Goals
