Daybreak Health is seeking a bilingual Spanish Speaking Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy to students in North Carolina, contributing to mental health support in a collaborative, remote environment.

Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based teletherapy, build relationships with students and families, collaborate with school counselors, and participate in ongoing training.

Skills: Must have licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and be fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications: Experience in mental health therapy, particularly with adolescents, and a commitment to professional development is preferred.

Location: Remote position based in North Carolina, providing flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation: $65 - $100 / Hourly

About the Role: Spanish Speaking Remote Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students across North Carolina. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: LCMHC, LCSW, and LMFT. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
• Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
• Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.
• Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
