About the role
We are looking to further grow our professional services team in the US to support the onboarding of our new enterprise customers. We are looking for a senior team member who is experienced in driving complex software implementation projects. You will bring extensive customer-facing experience, a consultative mind-set, expertise in leading complex scoping workshops and designing process and integration solutions. You’ll also need to be hands on in data mapping and configuration. You will use your understanding of the big picture to ensure customers will get the most out of our product.
Dayshape is a highly complex and configurable product, and our implementation consultants are active learners who apply their growing expertise in Dayshape, Resource Management, and the complex needs of Professional Services customers to deliver effective solutions.
You will enjoy winning the hearts and minds of senior customer stakeholders and leveraging your experience to develop internal and external processes. Above all else, you will be a problem-solver, independently figuring out how to solve novel challenges, and to bring about business transformation that willdeliver on our purpose o improve people’s working lives.
You will be joining a fast-growing US professional services team, we have grown from 0-9 people in 18 months and whilst Dayshape is no longer a start-up, a start-up mindset would be beneficial to make the most of the opportunities of joining us at this stage. We want people who work “smart” and are prepared to roll-up their sleeves and collaborate in growing our business and building our reputation in the US.
The job will involve travel to customer sites as required through the course of the project. Anticipate a few days of travel each quarter.

Working Details
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week).
We are looking for someone to join the team remotely in/around Austin, Texas, or the New Jersey tristate area, in order to work with customers across the United States, and to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration with others within the US team.
There will be travel to customer sites (US/international). This could be up to 4 visits per project.
