In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives that connect our workforce to our mission of defeating cancer. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement engagement strategies, speak up for employee needs through surveys and focus groups, and nurture our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion as a key advisor for the DEI Council. As you oversee our internal communications, your excellent business writing and project management skills will be vital, ensuring that all messaging resonates across various levels of the organization. You'll help plan essential events like All Hands Meetings and leadership summits, design creative programs that foster connections among remote colleagues, and lead HR teams to develop impactful communication and training materials. With a supportive atmosphere that values trust and transparency, you will thrive in a role where your initiatives matter and your voice is heard.
