Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Engineer to join our team, specializing in PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail technologies. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale deployment and optimization of storage and virtualization solutions for enterprise clients.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery projects involving PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain PowerScale and PowerFlex systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the integration of VxRail appliances into existing frameworks, ensuring seamless operations.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for PowerScale and PowerFlex environments.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Document technical designs, process improvements, and best practices for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and streamline operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong expertise in PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail technologies.
- Proven experience in deploying and optimizing large-scale storage and virtualization solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in storage and virtualization.
- Certifications related to PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail are preferred.
