The Denver Museum of Nature and Science is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lead Custodian for the evening shift! In this full-time role, you’ll be the guiding light for our Custodial team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to our high standards. You’ll provide daily work instructions and serve as a mentor, demonstrating best practices to your fellow custodians. Your keen eye for quality will shine as you conduct checks on completed tasks, while making sure our museum maintains an inviting and pristine environment for guests, staff, and volunteers alike. The ideal candidate is not only an experienced custodian with at least six months in a similar role, but also someone with great communication skills, ideally bilingual in English and Spanish. You’ll be expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, helping to accommodate the museum's bustling activities. In this role, you’ll get your hands dirty cleaning everything from office spaces to event areas, making sure that every corner of our museum is spotless.
