Polish Customer and Community Support Specialist

Digital Extremes is seeking a passionate Polish Customer Support Specialist to assist Polish speaking gamers of Warframe. If you love gaming and have a knack for supporting others, we want you on our team!

Skills

  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles
  • Operational knowledge of online community moderation tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous and effective customer support to Polish speaking end-users
  • Provide translation help for the game, marketing/PR, and business development
  • Review and moderate user-generated content on the official Polish game forum
  • Interact directly with Polish gamers via tech support tools
  • Act as the official game representative within the Polish online community
  • Update the internal Community Team on trends and insights from the Polish game community

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Higher education in a related field preferred
