Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.
Position Required Skills: Position requires: Credit and fraud risk analysis using SAS and SQL to perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling with machine learning; Marketing analytics including evaluating marketing campaigns and carrying out A/B testing; Optimization and operations analytics using Excel Marcos, Tableau and SAS; UAT testing and visualizations; Data reporting and modeling using Python, SQL, SAS and SAS EM; Advanced Excel skills including VBA & Macro, Pivot table, and advanced formulas.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334.00 to $147,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
