QA Specialist II

What You’ll Do

  • Review raw material, in-process, and finished product testing to determine release status

  • Lead investigations into out-of-specifications (OOS), deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints

  • Administer CAPA processes and oversee resolution pathways for quality issues

  • Conduct internal audits and external supplier/partner quality assessments

  • Manage food safety, allergen, non-GMO, and stability programs across the organization

  • Maintain supplier approval and qualification programs, including on-site audits

  • Support cross-functional teams by providing compliance guidance, documentation review, and risk analysis

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in dietary supplements or FDA-regulated industries

  • Strong working knowledge of cGMPs (21 CFR 111/117), FDA requirements, and food safety principles

  • Certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)

  • Proven ability to manage audits, document investigations, and lead CAPAs from initiation to closure

  • Systems thinking, analytical rigor, and an unwavering commitment to product integrity
