Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Hybrid Mobile Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile application features. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to architecture and design discussions, and mentoring other developers while ensuring code quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build hybrid mobile applications using Cordova and Ionic
• Develop robust front-end components using Angular
• Integrate APIs to support mobile and web-based functionality
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design, and code reviews
• Guide and mentor junior developers in development best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
• Support automation testing and cloud deployment initiatives (e.g., AWS/Azure)
• Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development
• Proven experience in building hybrid mobile apps using Cordova and Ionic
• Experience with API development and integration
• Ability to write maintainable, scalable code with a long-term mindset
• Enthusiasm for mentorship and collaborative development

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working in cloud environments like AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools
