Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise services and applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement scalable solutions that support the organization’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to gather and interpret technical requirements.
• Maintain, improve, and support existing enterprise-level services, platforms, and applications utilizing domain-driven design and test-driven development principles.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues, delivering robust and effective solutions.
• Develop comprehensive project specifications, requirements, and time estimates.
• Research and integrate new technologies to enhance performance, security, and system efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation and enforcement of coding standards, ensuring alignment with best practices and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure that development strategies align with enterprise growth and scalability goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field — or equivalent experience/training.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on the design, development, and deployment of large-scale applications in production environments.
• Professional experience in full-stack development across various platforms and technologies.
• Strong expertise in:
• J2EE Technologies: Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB
• Databases & ORM: Hibernate, Oracle, Query optimization, Object/Relational Mapping
• Cloud Development: Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes
• Web Servers: Tomcat, tcServer, WebSphere
• Web Services: REST, SOAP (JSON, WSDL, XML)
• Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot
• Frontend Technologies: AngularJS, Ext JS, CSS, TypeScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Build & Deployment Tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, JUnit, Mockito
• DevOps Toolchain: Selenium, Nexus Repository, Hygieia, SonarQube, Fortify on Demand, Slack, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana
• Others: Linux/Unix Shell Scripting, JavaScript, Istio, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ, IDEs
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Familiar with DevOps toolchains and practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Top Skills Required:

• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services (JSON, WSDL, XML).
• Proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
