  • Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Managing employees: Providing direct supervision, training new employees, and ensuring employees follow company and legal regulations 
  • Managing cash: Handling cash drops, managing deposits, and ensuring cash franchisee management policies are followed
