Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze client security requirements and design effective security systems tailored to their needs.
• Implement and configure security technologies including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate security solutions into building designs.
• Provide training and support to clients and staff on security system operations and best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in security and recommend innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Security Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing security policies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Certification in security-related fields (CISSP, CPP, or similar) is a plus.
