Program Manager, Global Workplace Operations

DoorDash's Real Estate and Workplace Operations team is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic workplace programs, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency across global offices. This role involves cross-functional leadership, project management, and driving workplace transformation initiatives.

Skills

Program and project management experience in workplace or corporate real estate.
Knowledge of workplace operations, space planning, and hybrid work strategies.
Proficiency with workplace technologies such as IWMS, occupancy sensors, and visitor management systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Jira, Coupa, Slack, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Design, lead, and scale workplace programs including space planning and employee experience enhancements.
Manage program roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables aligned with company goals.
Plan, execute, and deliver high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate workplace transformation initiatives across departments.
Monitor workplace operations performance and develop data-driven improvements.
Drive long-term workplace strategy including hybrid work models and space utilization.
Implement change management and communication strategies for new programs.
Partner on remote-first programming to support distributed workforce engagement.
Utilize data analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.

Education

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project/program management or related fields.
